This Policy covers how PhotoClip (“PhotoClip”, “we” or “us”) collect, use, process, disclose, transfer, and store any personal data of visitors and users of PhotoClip. By using the websites, mobile applications or other service of PhotoClip (“Service”), you acknowledge and agree that you have consented to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage practices set out in this Policy.
If you're under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where you live), you can only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to this Policy.
1、 Among the types of personal data that the PhotoClip collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Cookies (as defined as below); usage data; face shape data to get face cutouts; unique device identifiers; device information; geography/region; In-app purchases; application opens; application updates; first launches; operating systems; email address; data communicated while using the service; country; app information; geographic position; photo library permission; write-only photo library permission; camera permission; purchase history, social media account information when you link our Service with a third-party social media, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, Twitter, and other personal data necessary for the Service (“Personal Data” or “Data”).
2、 Personal Data may be freely provided by you, or, in case of usage data, collected automatically when using PhotoClip.
3、 Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by PhotoClip is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for PhotoClip to provide its services. In cases where PhotoClip specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, you are free not to communicate this Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

For instance, we use artificial intelligence technology to automatically process and edit portrait and photographs.

4.We share your personal data with our subsidiaries in order to provide our services to you. We require that our subsidiaries protect your personal information consistent with this privacy policy. If we were to engage in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other transaction that involves the transfer of the information described in this Privacy Policy, we may share your information with the parties involved in that transaction.
1.We and our Service provider whom we share the face data you provide with, may use artificial intelligence technology to automatically process and edit photographs and portraits with your face data, such as creating face cutout, or creating highly realistic facial transformations base on the portrait photos user uploaded.
2.Photographs and portraits with your face data are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process.
3.Only the selected photos are uploaded to the cloud for editing.
4.Photographs and portraits with your face data are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during the editing process.
5.Photographs and portraits with your face data may remain in the cloud for a very short period of 1 hours after you have last edited the photograph or portraits so that you can access the image and make additional modifications if you choose to do so, and then will be deleted from the system of us or any third-party.
6.We do not use face data you provide for any reason other than to provide you with the photographs and portrait editing functionality, especially, we do not:
(1) Use the face data to identify any individual user.
(2) Use the face data for authentication, advertising, or marketing purposes, or to otherwise target a User in a similar manner.
(3) Use the face data to build a User profile, or otherwise attempt, facilitate, or encourage third parties to identify anonymous Users or reconstruct User profiles based on the face data.
(4) Transfer, share, sell, or otherwise provide the face data to advertising platforms, analytics providers, data brokers, information resellers or other such parties.

1.You can at any time request to opt out from allowing us to send you push notifications by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.
2.You can switch off camera or other similar functions on your mobile device if you do not wish to share them.
3.You can choose not to provide us with Personal Information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of Services because such information may be required.
1.You have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given their consent to the processing of your Personal Data.
2.You have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is carried out on your consent other than a legal basis.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your collected information, we cannot guarantee the security of the collected information transmitted to or through PhotoClip or an absolute guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Please understand that there is no ideal technology or measure to maintain 100% security.

1.Subject to applicable laws and regulations and the fulfillment of our business or legal purposes, we will retain your information (including your personal information) for such period as is required for us to continue to provide you with our Services.
2.We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years old, unless permitted to do so by applicable law. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal information from a child, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information in our database. To fulfill your requests, we must be able to verify your identity in our systems against the identity you provide. If necessary, you may need to provide your proof of residency.
4.If you are an adult, you can make a verifiable request on behalf of a minor under your parental authority.
5.You can submit a maximum number of 2 requests over a period of 12 months.
